November 12, 2003 The Chinese-Russian alliance is a reality the United States governments seems to overlook and underestimate. he hoped-for death knell of anti-Western authoritarianism that began with the fall of the Berlin Wall in November 1989 seems to have ended with the formation of a Chinese-Russian military alliance in December 1999. The new alliance includes Belarus and Kazakhstan. Belarus joined this Eurasian bloc when it signed the Union Treaty with Russia on December 8, 1999, a few hours before then-Russian President Boris Yeltsin left for China. The latest back stepping was to avoid a war directly with The U.S. so as to minimize cost and casualty in a war with the West. If the demise of the Soviets was not orchestrated there would have been a collapse grater than that what was observed. The collapse of the Soviets would have been as a giant red star collapsing in to its self; would have gone with a great (grate) struggle and upheaval in to a black hole. {The only places were there was war lordship developed was in Chechnya and that was helped by the C.I.A. using militant Moslems that hate the U.S. more than that of the Soviets.} Glasnost and Perestroika as any remodeling is a mess and there is a struggle but it is managed and controlled. The progress of two steppes forwarded if interfered with will lead to WW3 with the powers that be. The Berlin wall came down not as a trophy to the West wining the cold war but a Trojan horse for the communist to enter the West and operate more effectively . The Western power knows this and is accommodating the process as to destroy the communist with out having to go to a ww3 scenario nuclear war or what ever . Yes at one point in history it's military was better than US's but after their humiliating defeat in Chechnia it shows that Russia is crumbling. Now the only super powers I see is The U.S. and the "Muslims". The cold war is over. I See the cold war as a test for the U.S. which it has passed. Now it's time to fight the hot war because all this time the US and Russia ruled over the muslims from the invasion of Afghanistan to the suport of da brutal autocratic ruler, Shah Pahlavi of iran. well now the muslims wants revenge and its coming after thesuper powers. The Soviets were defeated by the Muslims in Afghanistan. Now the real question is will the U.S. servive a war gainst the muslims?
